Placing of the Devidian series

I know this is a minor nitpick, but shouldn't the devian featured series go after Under the Cover of Night in the Romulan arc as we didn't know Drake was in 31 until that point?

    They changed under cover of night a while back, now it's some other random S31 agent.

    However, I'm thinking they'll eventually move it anyway, since in the other two factions it's after Cloaked Intentions in the converged storyline, not buried in the separate faction storylines, and having it happen before or after major shared events is a bit harder to handwave away with small text changes.
