I'm not able to use Hazzard Emitter 1 since last patch for both Fed and KDF side.

    I have experienced something similar, Hazard Emitters I was unusable, but only when my Romulan had the new Tal Shiar Tachyon Deflector Array equipped.

    I noticed the same bug, only when i have the Tal Shiar Tachyon Deflector Array equipped also

    Noticed the same issue with the Tal Shiar Deflector.

    Only it also effects TSS.

    it effects all sci abilities that use the deflector including subnucleonic beam

    it's acting as if you do not have a defector installed

    Ganna test that right now an will update asap :), I have also ran into this issue, but didn't notice that I was also using that deflector dish lols.

    Same prob here and i have the Tal Shiar Array equipped
    The Wildcards Fleet =/\=

    yes, if you put a normal deflector in there it acts normal, but once the tal shiar one is there, its like there is no deflector installed at all
