Shields while cloaked & a few more bugs

Here's a list of a few things I found:
- At character select screen, my ship name is correct but the image of my ship is my shuttle instead (shuttle comes first alphabetically, seems to be creating the issue as it doesn't happen on other toons)
- BOff slots keep emptying almost everytime I enter a mission map
- Sheilds occasionally stay up (or at least the shield indicatiors say they do) when I cloak a Romulan ship
- Some subtitle text is way too fast to read. I'm a fast reader and I'm only getting 2/3 to 3//4 of some sentences before they change. Mostly in the intro scenes for Romulan characters.
