In progress Duty Officer Assignments stuck

I had some duty officer assignments in progress for my tribble character just before the legacy of romulus update. These assignments are all still in the "in progress" tab - time remaining is listed as "Finishing" - been like that for a while. I think the upgrade did something to stop their clocks.
