New Romulan Base - Vendors

Just a quick bit of feedback for the New Romulus Base.
It doesn't appear that any of the vendors give 50% of value for items sold to them. All the vendors I saw gave 40%. I also didn't see a Ground Equipment Vendor, for buying Hypos, Shield Charges, and the like (they do give 50% return elsewhere). Maybe I'm missing it?
On the two existing faction hubs, ESD and Qo'nos, its customary to have a Ground Equipment Vendor just past the beam-down point, and to the left. If we could have a Ground Equipment Vendor created/moved someplace similar in the New Romulan Base, that would make the whole area more intuitive, imo. Both the Rotunda, and the room with the crafting vendors seem like good candidates. Atm its a huge inconvience to be at the New Romulus base, and have to beam up, fly across the sector, and warp into the Romulan Republic Fleet Hub, just to sell my loot, and pick up hypos.

That's a nice explanation, but it doesn't really help me buy hypos, does it
