All of the dialog assumes romulan players are klingons. Up to and including an NPC straight up saying "the only thing you klingons understand is violence".
If you are too far away from the romulan D'Deridex when it spawns it will never decloak. Because it doesn't decloak it cannot shoot back if you find it and begin to attack it.
Leaving the system, even after you have completed all tasks and the mission is showing as complete, resets it to "interrupt weapons deal on Vor" and you have to do it again.
However, if you hail J'mpok from within Vor system instead of returning to sector space, you can get to the mission complete screen. Instead of J'mpok you talk to a gorn and the only dialog says "TODO: Add text".
Completing this mission if you are over level 21 allows you to begin the "Go to Nimbus III" story arc that is supposed to be blocked off during the test. EDIT: there may be additional requirements to triggering the nimbus III mission, starting a thread specific to that result. However I can confirm 100% percent I did not have access to nimbus until after I found the hail J'mpok from inside the system workaround to getting mission completion credit.
