A Couple Bugs

1. When your ship status screen is up and you hover over a singularity core, the comparison tooltip (showing what you have equipped) does not show up like it does for other items.

2. The marks on the throttle gauge do not line up with the actual throttle positions. (Affects fed ships too.)
