"Clear Primary" on Missions is broken

If I have any mission in progress whether it be one or several, one of the missions is always highlighted as Primary at random. The "Clear Primary" option doesn't work; the missions remains Primary in spite of any and all button-mashing. Dropping and restarting missions has no effect.
