Romulan Tailor Bug

In the tailor for the romulans the left and right wrist attachments have 2 different color pallets.

    The eye color pallet is what is showing up for boots and left wrist attach.
    Also pants long and pants knee length are showing the same pants.

    I also noted that you can not change your BOFF uniforms. The officers show, and the Modify button appears, but it is shaded.

    I'm thinking that's working as intended.. as they have a specific "story" attached to them... I don't think they have the tech to say, you can change the uniform, but not edit the actual character...
