Romulan logo in "Create new character" button

Ticket: ID #36,474.
On the character selection screen the "Create new Character" button has the KDF and FED logos, but the Romulans are not mentioned by title or logo.
This might be a wee bit confusing for some who wish to create a Rommie char. Also, it is the first screen players will see in the new season... the first look and it is incomplete. Either you guys missed it or you have some surprises up your sleeve Cryptic ;-)
