The Search for New Romulus

So I've been playing for a few hours now and am at Level 8 and have just beamed down to Dewa III and noticed that my health bar is empty, my BOFF's health bars are fine so it just seems to be the player a small but quite significant issue.

EDIT: Just entered combat with the Tholian's and the health bar appeared but not when i entered combat with any of the wildlife.
