Cannot Complete Promotion: Subcommander

I have all the checklist items done, however I cannot submit the mission in.

I have the next rank of ship (Mogai), have talked to the appropriate NPC's and even used the free uniform requisition.

i also have this issues every thing is checked off got the next ship and changed my costume

You won't go past Subcommander. The Beta was to 21, so I am going to guess that you will not complete the promotion until after the next stage of testing.

But you are a subcommander at 20 not 21 and it wont let you resolve the mission...It is confirmed

I reached Commander (level 30) rank today, so you can, though there may be other issues with that.

Yep same, beamed in/out logged in/out tried just bout every trick in the book...minus making another character...oh well
as a test purpose the stuff overall is done really well
