BOFFs reset in space transition

Everytime the game goes into space, my BOFFs decide to leave their stations. Happens EVERY time the map switches.

Thank God for battle cloak! This is annoying. Every time I start a battle I remember that my BOFF's are not at their posts. I click Battle Cloak and then re-assing them to their correct posts.
