What's the deal here, normally in FED/KDF when you unlock the duty officer system you get an initial batch of doffs, I think it's 20 but it might be 40. Then as you rank up you get doff packs.
Here, we don't get any duty officers when it's unlocked - and the first pack we get contains 3 greens (at L18) - Makes doffing somewhat difficult!
You're going to need to instate some free doffs from Farra/Stass/Someone on the D'Deridex.
