Klingon Fleet

I'm looking for a Klingon fleet to join. I'll be up front and say I don't play my Klingon much though I do have periods of intense activity with him. My main interest is to find a fleet with a Tier 4 starbase. I have about 1500 fleet marks I'm sitting on (1k more after CE event is done).

    My fleet is only tier one but really looking for more members to help out. We would really welcome you to our fleet. We are casual and a friendly bunch of gamers.
