    There should be an option so people simple can not chat by default if a channel owner wishes this sort of restriction but I guess, after all those years, it has been suggested over and over again... admins in there are real ladykillers and if you want some nasty lines and some fresh nick names via pm spam fest then just forget about the channel status for one moment ... :D
