Do Breen Capital ships still appear?

I already destroyed Istapp and Snosk, but that was almost 7 months ago. Since then I've been looking for Desna in Outpost 3 in Breen daily missions. I've circled around Security Array Satelites everytime i do the mission but all I found were 5 breen fighters.

Do they still appear or were they removed during those 7 months?

Yes it does, just seems to be a very rare spawn.
Killed it myself about a week ago, mind you that was the first time I've even seen it for about 3-4 months

I've found them to be more likely to appear if you bring in a team.

Still trying to find the one from the Assist Patrol myself, but I don't run it constantly anymore so I dunno.

Yep they sure do. I came across two of them last week and posted so to the accolades channel for people that are looking for them. Sadly I only got one reply that wanted an invite to group.

Even though I completed that accolade long ago, I still wish Cryptic would tweek their spawn rates so they aren't as rare. That or have them constantly present and really up their difficulty so it wouldn't be a cakewalk.
