Formerly Caspian Division with a Klingon Sister Fleet named House of Caspian, we suffered an online attack in which a fleet leaders account was TRIBBLE and on April 9, 2013 all members of both fleets were summarily removed and the fleets taken and destroyed.
However, this did not destroy the heart of what makes Caspian Division what it is. Caspian Rising, established on April 10, 2013 from the backup bank fleet and a donated Klingon Fleet are now the Fleets of Caspian Division.
With the huge outpouring of support from the Star Trek Online Community, Caspian Rising and Caspian Honour Guard Fleets are returning greater than ever. If you seek an outgoing and active fleet with no restrictions as to age group then we would like to have you. From young members to old we currently have 150 registered members at our support website at www.caspian-division.com. Are you active military, United States or otherwise? We are military friendly and support those who are currently serving and protecting the freedoms we so cherish and have a special rank in both fleets to designate your participation so that we can easily identify you and keep in touch by real world e-mail.
Besides having our dedicated website which will display the Ventrilo, Paypal activities among other things we utilize Twitter (Caspian-Division), Facebook (Caspian-Division) as a means to communicate with both fleet members and non-fleet members. Please feel free to contact us on any of these venues.
With three designated main fleet leaders, the fleet supports full transparency so the members know what is going on, where fleet assets are being used and can see donations that are received from the Caspian-Division Paypal account. These real world assets are used to pay for and upkeep the 100 man Ventrilo Server currently being used by the various fleets which we enjoy relationships with; and when material purchases are needed to cover shortfalls such as dilithium we use those funds to get what is needed so we can continue to quickly grow and restore these fleets to their former grandeur.
Seeking help with STF's both space and ground, Deferai, the new Crystal Entity and general mission help from mining to exploration? Our members, many who have been with Star Trek Online since BETA will gladly help and when other fleets too need help we will reciprocate as well.
On the weekend of April 13, 2013 Caspian Rising successfully reached Tier One on its Starbase, while the Embassy is very close to that but we are at the mercy of the local Romulan Construction Workers who have to be motivated so we have a bit longer time there.
We look forward to having any who are fleetless to join our restored and growing fleets. Ventrilo is optional as is any donations to any projects too. We have friendship in our hearts and the members of our fleets will welcome you to our fold with openness rarely found elsewhere.
