Plasma DHC Comparison

I was wondering, which weapon is more powerful - a Romulan Reputation Plasma MKII DHC (Very Rare) or a Fleet Plasma DHC MKII (Ultra Rare)? I am trying to come up with an effective plasma build, and I want to know which one to invest in. I can't really seem to find an stats or advice on this topic, so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

    Negligible difference, personally I'd save the extra dilithium and get the fleet [acc]x2 versions. The rep weapons are a fraction better at more than double the cost!

    Are you making a PvP or PvE build? PvP, go for ACCx3 (or the Fleet ACCx2 DMGx2 version if you really want Ultra Rare weapons). PvE, generally go for CrtHx3 (with all the ways to increase static crit rates in space, you can get to base Crit Rate of 14% to 20%, that's including CrtHx3 weapons).
