Newly Transfered Character, Fleet Ship and Inventory empty

This morning I copied over three characters to Tribble. I signed in to Tribble with my Tac main. He has a fleet Advanced Escort fully equipped with MK XII Omega equipment, MK XII Borg Antiproton weapons, VR Omega Torp and other high end stuff.

When I looked at the inventory for the character it was entirely empty except for some Borg optical components from Defari Invasion Zone. The ship had no gear at all. I had to trans warp to Sol to get to the Academy to get gear from my other ships to get back to checking out the Tribble changes.

This is really inconvenient. I can't test anything with the gear I have on Holodeck. I can't obtain replacement gear because there is no debugger supply source to get gear. T5 rep completion and all show T0.

Is all this intentional or is this a Tribble bug?

See this thread. Search next time before posting known issues.

You can try transferring your character again to see if it resolves your issue.

The test gear vendor is on DS9, near the Maco/Omega area. If transferring again doesn't work, you could buy some basic gear from ESD shipyard or borrow some from other ships to get to DS9. (Though you would obviously still be missing everything else in your inventory.)

For what it's worth, I posted about this the other day, and I had previously done a search on this issue and not found anything, though it's possible one of the threads on the subject got posted after I did my search. (Why this isn't listed in the Known Issues area of the current patch notes I don't know, since it was obviously known previously.)

Any 'tone' inferred from my post was definitely not implied by myself. I was in no way rude. No need to attempt to jump down my throat. I was only posting useful and valid information.

Ok now it's bad. bad bad BAAAAAAD.

So there is a fix to the inventory problem, at least for me: that vendor at DS9, outside the old Omega Force EDC goodies shop now sells the Maco/Omega Force/Adapted MACO stuff for free, but with one headache gone a new one arises:

All my doffs, except for the ones currently on missions, are GONE.

Since my ship uses an Aux To Batt build, the active space duty Technicians all missing as well the other 170+ crew members missing means that I'm basically a sitting duck of a build, with no cooldown reduction. I hit EPtS and AtB in combat and then had a slight heart attack when I noticed none of the cooldowns were happening. Needless to say I limped out of there with a Borg Cube at my tail, trying to figure out what went wrong.

    trololol no doffs.

Last couple times I have transferred characters to tribble over the last 2 days, NO ship stations,NO doffs, NO personal inventory (except for Borg cortical processors), although dilithium and EC the character has transferred fine.

It doesn't seem to effect toons previously on tribble like my kdf toons who were held captive at DS9 (appeciate that fix btw :) )

So unless you have tons of refined dilithium and EC on the transferred character to buy tactical consoles, etc from the dilithium store COLOR="Magenta"]Do any tribble vendors sell consoles?[/COLOR how can you test? The DS9 omega vendor does not provide common tactical consoles, and without boff/doff access on ships kinda makes testing pointless
Hopefully it will be a resolved issue soon.

I had the same issue, and found a workaround. Before transferring your character, log into it on holodeck, and switch your active ship to something you don't use.. I used my old starter ship I had laying around.

Then transfer your character.. your starter ship should be empty, but then just visit a dock and change back to your main ship.. it should have it's equipment..

you can do the same with your shuttle too.. just as long as it is inactive when you transfer it.

What about the stuff in your inventory, bank or your duty officers. They are all gone. I only have this problem on my main character and none of my 3 alts (Fed and KDF), they transfer fine. This is a really inconvenient bug. I have all of the good stuff on my main character and TRIBBLE on the others. In other words I will not be playing Tribble until this is resolved.

I wouldn't care so much if I could just go to a debugger and replace the gear. I, for one only, am not on Tribble to play, Im there to test. i want to be able to select specific gear and experimental items for testing. The Omega guard on DS9 has most of the ship equipment but no ship weapons. Quite inconvenient.

Thanks for all the constructive feedback. I have gotten common MK X weapons and a warp core by buying one of the free ships in the store and equipment from stuff in my other ships, then other test stuff from the Omega debugger. Should be ok. I would have liked to get Rom Rep ship and ground weapons and fleet weapons for test, but there is no way I am going to grind away for 4 months on a test server to get T5 on Rep again. Effort should be for Holodeck where I get to keep it.:P
