Character Transfer to Tribble Bug

I experienced a bug the first time I transferred a character from Holodeck to Tribble. After deleting the character and re-copying, the bug did not reoccur but I have since heard of someone else who had the same issue.
Symptoms:
1. My current ship (Heavy Escort Carrier) had no equipment at all, not even a warpcore. (Which made any kind of movement very very slow.)
2. Inventory was completely empty.
3. Bank was completely empty.
Other ships still had their associated equipment, so for my second test I switched to my old Tactical Escort before copying the character to Tribble. I don't know if that affected the bug or it's just intermittent.
