Dev - JamJamz - in Rommie ship

Dev was flying around Tribble at ESD tonite, here's a quick cap. In the info the ship was called a Dhelan Warbird. He was -37 levels.

    I believe the shuttles you barely see belonged to him, so I'd say it's a carrier.

    Hmm, when targetted where they shuttles? I ask because it's possible they were Scorpion Fighters from device too.

    Cool. It looks kind of like a Hegh'ta Bird-of-Prey with Romulan stylings.

    Too bad you didn't get a demorecord; we'd be able to get a better look at it from more angles.

    I like the back shot of it. It looks like a praying mantis from that angle. From the front, it looks a lot like a bat with those semi-folded wings.

    I have more caps, these where the best. I have one from the bottom up and top down. Also, regarding the shuttles, I believe they were Danube Runabouts.

    Maybe not a full-fledged one per se. Could be a flight-deck Warbird of some kind. Only have one hangar bay for ships, a la most Orion ships and the Starfleet Armitage and Vesta.

    The shuttles were shield repair units and when you clicked them they were marked as federation. They belonged to another player. When Jamz logged they went back to an armitage.

    That thing looks like the hunchback of the Romulan ship line. I bet all the other ships make fun if it.

    For any one who isn't aware and wants a prolonged look at the new Warbird, go to Beta Theridor in Tau Dewa. There's a Romulan Armada permanently floating there, with a D'deridex, some old warbirds, and the new warbirds. No scimitars or Mogais though.

    Edit: Just to clarify: this is on Tribble, not live.

    Seen from the front it reminds me of a cartoon spider. The wings look like long spider legs and the body is very arachnidian, or maybe insectile. Looks MUCH better than the plain low level warbirds though, IMO. A good transition to the Mogai and D'deridex.
