It's mentioned that Romulan captains will be able to use Duty Officer packs of their chosen ally. Does that also mean that they will be able to use individual Duty Officers from that faction that have already been obtained? For example, will a Romulan Captain allied with the Federation be able to use some of the extra duty officers filling the roster of my Federation Captians?
Will the new Trait system also apply to Bridge Officers and will bridge officers all be able to attain the same quality of traits regardless of the quality level of the candidate that they originally came from or will Bridge Officers from White and Green quality candidates still be at a disadvantage compared to other bridge officers?
