Bluescreen or Blank Wall

Could we have some area in our starbase or in one of the social areas with a Bluescreen or Blank Wall with no shadows but good lighting that we can take fleet pictures. We have lots of people with alts in our fleet and most of us can't get on at the same time so it would be nice to be able to piece the people together with a chosen background. If this cant be done could we have a foundry feature with blank walls that we could use?

I also once beamed into a blue world of nothingness where it was all blue and no walls. This would be amazing if we could go there on purpose! Thank you for any consideration.
