I like the first one and the third one. But the second one doesn't even look like a Reman. Owing to a suggestion on another thread, the first one seems more like a Reman/Romulan hybrid.
As for the others, we most definately need female Nausicaans. The KDF encourages gender-equality, so it seems. For the Gorn, they should remove the gender choosing option and let people interpret their gender to their own will. The Letheans..? I'm not sure if they're mammals or reptiles. If they're mammals; yes, we need female Letheans. If they're reptiles; same solution as the Gorn.
It seems like most of you in this thread haven't been on Tribble. In the storyline missions you get a Reman Female BOFF as a mission reward.

This is a fantastic idea and I can't believe I haven't seen it suggested in as many words before now.
