Is There a Future for You as a Boot Camp Coach?

All throughout this first cycle of Boot Camp, coaches have been boasting to me about how great their students are! (Teachers tend to do these kind of things). So we want to give you--the students--the opportunity to become coaches. I mentioned this in my last STO Feature Article (http://sto.perfectworld.com/news/?p=822681) but would like to publish an official bulletin with instructions on how to go about become a coach for Boot Camp.

This is all you need to do:

1) Look at your schedule and see if you can commit to coaching 1-2 hours per month, beginning at 8pm/2000 CET and/or 8pm/2000 EST. Then, make sure you can attend at least one coaches meeting per month. These are typically held the Saturday before Boot Camp at at 8pm/2000 CET and/or 8pm/2000 EST and last for 1-2 hours.

2) Get a recommendation from one of the Boot Camp coaches. This is a prerequisite for all graduates who wish to also become coaches.

3) Have your recommender contact our Vice Admiral of Public Relations and Recruitment: @jedinikon.

We are excited about growing our coaching numbers. The more coaches we have, the more opportunities we can offer to the community.

    Well I don't need the PvP boot camp. I have been doing PvP since the beta. BUT!! I aw willing to toss my 2 cents in as a coach.

    I prefer to set up the "Unique" ship, where someone isn't really sure what why have as a target until they shoot at it and instantly regret it.

    Currently I am at a stage where I do not lose 1v1's and it takes a good mob of 3 + a sci to bring the shields down. I think I could share how :)

    I could teach a healing lesson for science and engineer captains. I'm sure @jedinikon or @srspells could vouch for me. Let me know if you need me as a coach or if you are even planning on doing a healing session.
