    OK, now I've seen a message after loging in "Server is down for maintenance" this makes me sceptical....Data was there a time anomaly????

    I just got home, and (so far) this particular round of "Down Time" doesn't bother me much. But that IS a good point.

    The Server Thingy from just a few days ago did affect me...maybe throw us old t'args a bone, here.

    Really, has anyone currently playing the game said that they're unhappy?
    Considering noone's playing the game it'd be pretty difficult. It's a bit like the church selling afterlife insurance. Noone's come back yet to tell you that it's a waste of time.

    would it not be a smart idea to put a message up on the launcher to say what's happening, like "we've ****ed up...again, you can all have a very rare drop ship for the inconvenience"

    It took two hours to load the patch and then 20 minutes to load the game. I'm thinking the patch was bad today, and they had to bring the server down to correct it.

    For those saying the game is supposed to be up...they said ETA is 8pm PDT. It is only 7:20pm PDT, you still have 40 minutes.

    Today was the first time I tried to log in to STO. Support Center recommended checking Forums to see if server was down. And now I'm so happy to find out that I did not TRIBBLE up something this time. My computer isn't broken. I understand that the server is down. I can wait.
