KDF UI color changing to FED blue

was on my KDF toon on Qo'nos started with nice new orange UI, i beamed to ship, then beamed back down, the UI was now fed blue. it eventually fixed itself when I clicked a few buttons, but for awhile it was fed blue. tried to submit a bug report, but that wasn't working :D thanks
