Tier 3 Support Cruisers

Should I get rid of the Tier 3 Support Cruiser item from my level 50 characters? Is there any hint of it being useful for anything for a level 50 in the future?

    they are better storages for devices than sci ships and escorts...

    No point keeping it. There is a T5 Fleet version available anyway.
