How do I get a Mk X kit these days?

So, I came back to STO in the last month after an extensive break, and am really enjoying a lot of the changes; but recently I decided I wanted to try out a different kit for my main.

Well, now the old Mk X kits from the Dilithium Store seem to be MIA <o.@&gt; Anyone know where they've gotten off to? Do they still exist or am I going to be stuck with Mk IX blues going forward until my fleet can grind it's way up? (Going to be a long time, we're tiny)

    if i recall... i think the romulan embassy? (or is it the rep store?) has them as well?

    Battlefleet Omega has the kits you used to get from DS9... 10k dilithium each IIRC.

    I thought if it wasnt added to Omega Rep it was gone forever.

    I just checked the wiki and no Omega kits.
