Fleet Ship Cost

a friend of mine is looking to buy the Fleet Science Vessel Retrofit, and they already own the C-Store variant. They're confused as to why it costs 4 Fleet Modules, even tho the C-Store Variant is unlocked (and there is no Tier V, C-Store variant). Is this a glitch, or do they have to purchase the 200k Fleet Credit version first?

    The fleet version of the T2 Nova / Rhode Island class? There is no discount available for it. 4 modules period.

    Not even if they buy the 200k Fleet Credit one first? Since that is technically Tier V, the discount should apply.

    You only get a discount if you purchased a T5 version of that same ship from the C-store. If its not T5, it doesn't count. If you got it in some way other than a C-Store purchase (like a vet reward), it doesn't count. Normal fleet version doesn't count.
