I'll sell you some weapons from New Romulus. Never fired, only dropped once.

Actually, the Maintenance is scheduled to begin an HOUR AFTER, the end of the timer.

so it has nothing to do with the counter.....awwwh

this is what the patch is doing:
    General:

Added an additional variant for Fleet Elite weapons to fleet stores.
This variant has [Acc]x2[Dmg] and the special Elite proc appropriate to the weapon type.
Added more Advanced Fleet weapons to the fleet store.
These Advanced Fleet weapons have [Dmg]x2 and [Acc]x2.
All Directed Energy types are available.
In addition, Advanced Fleet Andorian Phasers are available.
These have identical stats to normal Advanced Fleet Phasers, but use the Andorian Phaser visual effects.
These weapons can only be purchased by players who own an Andorian Escort.
Existing Andorian Phaser weapons from the Dilithium Store have been renamed to "Prototype Andorian Phasers".
These prototype weapons now have the appropriate stats for Mk XI items.
This is a slight decrease from their current statistics.
This is retroactive for existing equipment.
These weapons can be traded in at the Ferengi Collector for the same amount of Refined Dilithium that the weapon initially cost to purchase.
Updated Andorian Phasers with appropriate stats for Mark XI are available on the Dilithium store.

    Dear Cryptic and Branflakes,

There are a number of small tweaks or changes apparent that have come to my attention recently or been around for a little too long. I have consulted with my fleet of about 400 players. I have also consulted our Fleet Leaders who are all veteran players on STO and they support these submissions and comments.

1)The invisible ?ledge jump? to the light fitting quirk in the DS9 medical bay has been patched. This has upset many seasoned players. We all felt that this unique ?quirk? added character to the game play experience and an opportunity for ?play? within that environment. It appears that it was arbitrarily patched by your engineers. No one in our fleet could think of any hardware or resource impact it would have had to justify its removal. We suggest it be retained or kept as a feature of that room and that you consider adding an accolade to it. (Confirmed 21-03-13)

    2) The recharge bridge officer abilities for the <Fleet Hoh?Sus> Bird of Prey at the rank of <Ensign> and <Lieutenant> do not appear to be working at all for the ability ?Emergency Power to Auxiliary I.? The only way to specifically use this DOFF ability appears to be via <LT Commander> rank as ?Auxiliary to Battery II?. (Below yellow arrows) (Unconfirmed 21-03-13)

*This seems to be a game-design issue because there is no means of training the appropriate abilities below LT Command from either <Qonos>, <Another player> or <Bridge Officer Candidate>?

    3. The medical DOFF assignments part 2 of 2 are confirmed to be missing, unavailable or bugged. No one in our fleet have ever seen the *second part* for any of these assignments in the last 36 months. Can you please fix this up? (Above red arrows) (Confirmed 21-03-13)

    4. The ?Explosive Party Popper? from Season 2 has been ?nerfed? to force a 4 second timer between uses. This was not explained by Cryptic. Presumably your engineers felt that the faster reset possibility for shooting successful waves of Tribbles used up server resources or caused performance issues. If this is not the case, then we are at a loss to understand why this was restricted in the manner you have taken. This device is now no longer ?fun? and we are all struggling to make sense of this change? We ask you consider returning it to its earlier functional capability unless you consider there is good reason otherwise. (Confirmed 21-03-13)

    5. The Klingon High Council have been receiving consistent intelligence regarding ?the Epohh threat?. It is particularly concerning that same data, points towards their infiltration of/or influence, within the Cryptic Dev Team itself. It is relevant to every citizen of the entire Klingon Empire that any of your employees, contractors or agents, may be concealing the Epohh threat from the entire MMO community simply because they appear to you (humans) as ?cute?. The High Council believes it is wise to educate the alpha quadrant about the sentience of the Epohh race and their great capacity for treachery and evil. We do not comment here on rumour or operational matters regarding Epohh Lockboxes or the Epohh Battlecruiser Vessel(s).

The Empire is also suspicious that any network difficulties, login problems or ?lag? if they be the handiwork of the Epohh King is brought to our attention. The Empire stands with you and offers its assistance against any unprovoked, devious and hostile activities of the Epohh King upon the STO network or users (unlike the pathetic federation). Like the Tribbles before them the Empire consider this species a menace and a threat.

The Empire would like to be assured that any concerns regarding your servants, agents and contractors are unsubstantiated and that you will in good faith notify the High Council if you do indeed learn the location of the Epohh King himself. We look forward to you response on this most troubling matter.

Well it seemed a good a place as any and there is no square hole for that post. I'm not worried the Klingon Empire has weather through worse things than the Epohh.
