Based on the timezones for the various fleets participating, the time will be given then - The day has been fixed - Thanfully better than expected takeup
I'll see what people feel about it closer to time reference the B'Rel - You just need to look at them at times and they explode.....

For those folks who seem a bit confused about the rationale behind the rules, I'll try to expand upon the rationale behind a couple of them:
01. Have fun - Most important
The importance of this rule is obvious.
02. No siphons drones and danubes (Not fun and skillfull) If you object to this rule, you've never played against a 3-carrier team spamming these pets. Try it sometime, I bet it'll end that objection.
03. No more than 3 of the same captains or ships
This is to prevent someone bringing a five-sci team and simply using endless chained SNBs to guarantee a kill.
04. No Boarding Parties (Broken)
Boarding Party has been known cause cooldown reductions which persist after respawn; if that isn't broken, I don't know what is.
05. No Dkora EMP burst (Broken)
As Naz mentioned, this can be combined with other skills to get an obnoxiously short CD.
06. No scramble sensors with the DOFFs (Without DOFFs no issue) <- Putting a Scramble 1 on every ship in a team would allow for a lot of AoE cooldown debuffs, at a relatively small cost; the doff gives the same benefit regardless of whether it's a heavily specc'ed Scramble 3, or a 4-second Scramble 1.
07. No Grav Pulse (AOE 50 second hold not fun) Yes it can be cleansed, but it puts a disproportionate strain on a group's Engineering Teams to cleanse it as compared to the opportunity cost of running it.
09. Temporal Inversion not allowed <- No counter currently exists to this ability's CD reduction / slow, which is unbalanced given it's extreme power.
Sadly, Lag Industries cant field a team without healers & scis.
