Polarized tetryon weaponry?

Hi guys;

I'm wondering if these weapon are really working as intended; it supposed to be a 10% chance to drain shield by 383 each side.

I don't feel that it's working at all; I never see any proc's appening; even when I try to search the combat logs; I could be wrong but does anyone know anything about this.

The thing is, 350 is not really visible when the target has 5000 shield hp. About 14% overall. And it only happens once every 10-20 hits. I like it though, since it drains their other shield facings so they cant just rotate and TRIBBLE me out of it. Once the shields bottom out they tend to stay down.

hmm happens all the time with my 4 PT beams on my LRSVR, i just wish there were more weapon choices for this type of tetryon weapon.
