I had the same problem when it came to the mirror universe hour. I couldn't join on the entire time. By the way did anyone else have any problems loading their starship bridge? That is the only main problem I had.
Are people really complaining because the game is down for maintenance? That's a little messed up considering all the connection problems, people being kicked from private queues, not being able to work on the foundry or refine dilithium. Give it a break complainers at least the devs are working to get the game up and running again as quickly as possible.

I have checked and triple checked with my other account and the chat system works fine, yet on this account I have no zone chat messages come up.
I have set the chat settings exactly the same as my other account, so what gives about that cryptic?

It funny some of you gamers think its just a 5 min fix to address an issue sometimes. Why don't you FREE 2 PLAY'ers actually support the game so we can get better servers and stop hogging all the bandwidth from us PAY 2 PLAYers. When you pay, then you can complain, until then SHUT THE HELL UP!!!! But even then, some of you still should shut the hell up cause you are talking out your rear ends anyway cause you have no Idea what it takes to maintain server integrity. Thank you for acknowledging a problem and taking steps to fix it, as strange as it is I'm glad you took the server down for a while to fix this, it was needed, my only frustration is that it took so long to get something done to fix this, but I'm glad you're looking into the issues and notified us there are recognized issues I look forward to playing once your service is completed
