Fleet duty officer pack Promo

Hi all, i just have an question about this promo it's a bit weird.

according to the description of the pack i will get the following if i open the Fleet support pack:
4 common or better
2 uncommon or better
1 rare or better
a bonus item

And according to this post im suppose to get a extra green Doff,

What i understand is that if i buy this pack im getting 7 Doff and with the event 1 extra Doff 8 in total. I still feel that i am missing a few Doff

I just checked my Doff list, i don't really see any extra green one. Not sure if im overlooking or there is a bug.

can anyone explain to me ? Can the Gm/Mods check out if im getting them ?:O

    The actually quote is...
    opened during the event will each have a FREE additional Green quality or better duty officer inside.
    So did you check to see if you received a extra Blue or Purple Doff instead of a Green one?

    I watched the counts as well, and my 5 gave me 7 officers each time.

    hmm thats the problem i dint pay attention to it. i just saw this description today..

    last package i opens i dint get any blue or green
