So my fleet finished the latest vanity upgrade to show off the three KDF-only uniforms. To my shock, they actually had a new uniform on one of the mannequins!

As it's obviously a variant of the bortasqu uniform from the fleet tailor, I ran over and had a look to see if I'd missed the skirt/necklace/shoulderpads. Nope, not in game. Then I remembered there's an npc in the transporter room in the embassy wearing this uniform too. I originally thought that'd be our reward for upgrading the tailor, instead of those garbage looking robes.
(The Klingon is the npc)

So my question is, when can we expect to get these parts for ourselves?
But you know what? I guess it doesn't matter now does it? By being allowed to visit their studios Cryptic has pretty much signed off on you and your fleet haven't they? They've said in deed what most of us have suspected for years. They're not going to stop you. They're not going to correct you. You won. After long last, you really, really won. STO is yours and no one is going to do a thing about it. Congratulations.

So don't keep your hopes up.
Personally, I'd like one those great long coats the NPCs on Qo'nos are walking around in. The reason Cryptic gives for denying us certain costume pieces is that they have have bad clipping issues with body sizes/shapes outside a certain range that NPCs fall into but player characters won't.
But that's just an excuse for being too cheap to pay an artist to fix those problems.
The only thing that I suggested long ago that to my pleasant surprise was actually implemented was for the option to have a hull tint of an actual, deep green for the warships. Before we had these really bright, shiny hulls which did not fit with the look of Klingon warships after TOS.
