can i play foundry missions?

    No level requirements for the foundry itself but missions have their own minimum level based on the mobs used. If you are looking for a specific mission and can't find it that is likely why.

    I think there is a level restriction on when you can start playing missions. I can't remember off the top of my head but it's like 7 or 10, might be around the same restriction as there is for the DOFF system.
