Is there a way to limit fleet provision access?

I'd just like to ask if there is any way to limit use of provisions, as it stands, we have to promote people into a fleet rank that has access to them then demote them again, unless we really trust them and let them stay there, no offence to our members meant, but we have no way of knowing how honest a person can be, from previous experience in other games I know that some of the 'nicest' people in chat can turn out to be conniving backstabbers, waiting for their chance to rob us blind.

I'm led to believe that if a person transfers fleets they keep their fleet credits, therefore they could build in one fleet and transfer into another and if they have access, use all the provisions the fleet has.

What I am asking is if there is/or could be a way to set x amount of provisions for a player in the fleet to use, maybe a token system or something, where we could give them something that would allow them to use so many provisions without having unlimited access?

    Nope, it's all or nothing.

I wish there was greater control in place, allowing for variety and such.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

I don't think it's robbing the fleet when you buy a bunch of requisitioned items from the fleet store. Each item that uses a requisition, also costs dilithium so it's not like cleaning out the fleet bank - you have to pay for each requisition used.

I think the requisition restocking projects should give more requisitions, and these projects shouldn't have a dilithium cost. As it is, the fleet is paying dilithium twice for the same items. Once to stock the provisions, and once to buy the items from the store. That isn't right!

If they did that, I think using the requisitions wouldn't be such a big issue.

This still has not any real resolve, we have no way to know who has used provisions, so we let people access and use them else they threaten to quit, yet we have no idea who uses them, so 1 person uses loads, we lock provisions, everyone threatens to quit again, we have no clue who has ripped us off, and yes as a non t5 fleet it is like they are robbing us blind as they can build fc in another fleet, do the minimum in our fleet then use all our provisions, TRIBBLE our whole fleet over. please add a log of provision usage

There are tons of large fleets with more provisions of all kinds than can possibly be depleted, and recruiting freely. Excess restrictions will just mean small fleets get abandoned. The visible rank restrictions are already bleeding small fleets dry of members. Another visible restriction will put one more nail in the coffin. No one wants to be in a cheapskate fleet when there are alternatives. The large number of credits proves they are active and capable toons able to contribute. You think your provisions are valuable, your former members don't. You're shooting yourself in the foot.

What my fleet does is that buying from the store requires LT rank or above, and that you have to donate something like 50K Fleet Credits worth to projects before you're promoted. I assure you, no one's going to spend a bunch of fleet marks, half a million EC on items and/or (tens of?) thousands of dilithium, and wait several days for projects to finish (so that you can get your provisions) just to deplete your store and run off.

And if they do? Well, you've completed some projects, received starbase XP, and you just deal with it and carry on, I guess.

    edit: 25 to 50. I thought 25 FCs was low =)

All ranks can be granted or restricted on buying privileges from the fleet rank settings window.
