Hey gang,

I haven't used the Foundry for months (because 1 star generals used to make me angry), and now I see that some of the implementation has changed.

What changes do I need to make to 'modernise' my months-old Foundry Missions?

How does it all work, as far as rewards go? For instance, they changed the mission so that we can't do clickies (I approve!), but no doubt people are still trying to cheat the system. How do they do it?

I've researched it online and through the forums, but I just don't understand it the way it's explained. I'm asking you all because at least that way I will know what the community consensus is.

Thanks for your time :)

Foundry missions award a scaling amount of Dilithium ore based on the average playtime of the mission so long as the average playtime is greater than 15 minutes and the mission awards Skill points and Expertise at some point (Basically at least one combat).

Spotlight missions, award 1440 Dilithium and a scaling amount of EC for the first one completed each day, on top of their regular awards (not sure if it has to qualify for normal rewards to grant this though).

The primary exploit would be people driving up a simple 1 combat mission by holding the mission for an hour before completing it or standing AFK in the mission for an hour.

Thanks for your reply Bluedarky - now that I understand how to tweak my current missions, I can also use that info to not accidentally make an exploit mission! Somehow. It will be hard to figure out how to punish the AFKers without punishing the Fair-Players, but at least I understand where to start now.

    Thanks again. :)
