What happens to our Doff's after the Starbase?

I was just wondering, with all the Doffs you need to contribute to the Starbase nowadays, where do they all go? When you go to your starbase you can never see them so are they just pushed into a grinder or something? :rolleyes:

    Dilithium mine in the lower levels. We have lots of Bajorans working there.

    something has to use all the dang dilth we sink into the good for nothing base (well at least for the good for nothing stuff at low levels)....200k dilth is a NASTY payment for fleets who are just starting out now.

    They're stuffed into boxes and sold back to fleet members. Surely you have noticed the personnel officer (read: slave trader) on the starbase selling doffs in boxes?

    Duty officers are processed into matter for the starbase replicators. Think of that next time you replicate a cup of Earl Grey or raktajino. It's made of people.
