Weapons i know we have - T5 fab is complete - I will have to look. But from others in the fleet have said they are not that great.
Carrier pets I don't know - they may come with Sci upgrade - have to check.
We are working toward T5 shipyard - approx 35 days till launch.
I still don't think there is any Fed base in the game that has T5 upgrade and 2 mods done yet - there may be 1 or 2 that are very close.
A fully complete Fed base is still at least 2 months away

KDF Elite Fleet weapons are all disruptors, with [dmg]x2 [one of acc/crth/crtd] and an extra proc that has 2.5% change to reduce targets shields damage resistance by 25% for 10 seconds.
Meh.
Only one damage choice, and over reliance on DMG. C'mon Cryptic, lets at least make them [ACC]x2 [DMG/CrtH/CrtD/CrtX] [TRIBBLE]
I mean, EVERYONE chooses multi-ACC once they've gotten deep enough into the game to see the difference (especially on ACT)... though really, that just suggests if everyone does it, it reveals a basic design flaw, and perhaps ACC should become innate and mods could then become more flavor.
PvP Rep better end at T5 with straight up all-Antiproton [ACC]x4 projects... ;-)

BTW, your fleet doesn't invite anyone even though we are orion female....
They were recruiting rather heavily prior to T5. If anything, now is the season to get rid of members that barely contribute and/or don't live up to the player abilities they'd want in their fleet.
You know Cryptic has Jumped the Proverbial Shark when they introduced Tractor Pulling to Star Trek Online!
Congratulations, and not too shabby for a faction that supposedly only 18% of the player-base plays. Since many people of that 18% just use their KDF toon to farm dil you guys must of worked your fingers to the bone reaching that T5. I'm impressed.
Seems the elite disruptors are suffering from the same bad mods the elite phasers have on the fed side. You'd figure with the massive resource cost it takes to get to T5, a few [acc]x3's could be tossed in there just to make the investment feel truly rewarding. These weapons are suppose to be the end game content after all.
the proc alone is one of the best in the game. it's a force multiplier for anyone attacking the same target, even moreso if it's stackable from the same or multiple sources.
it's not exactly easy to stack shield resists as it is with hull resist.
i know i'd be willing to pay quite a bit for elite fleet b'rotlh bop's for my vo'quv, up to 25 bucks in whatever currencty i can convert zen into that would interest the fleet - each.

But I don't forget, when I was looking for a KDF fleet, House of beautiful orions told me go away. My fleet is better even though it's still filling Tier 5.
