"Pops" Montoya(Human Tactical): one of those "character" actors who can do a Spanish/Mexican Diplomat accent. The character's supposed to be in his seventies and 'drafted' back in because of a bureaucratic mistake that accidentally put him on the same recall list they use for Vulcans...
How about Michael Parks? I was just thinking of his portrayal of Esteban Vihaio in Kill Bill, Vol II, and how I never recognized him as Earl McGraw, but totally believed him to be a South American Gentleman of Leisure

I like voices like Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins, and even Peter Cullen. Whether they would suit my charcater or not is a different story...
"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward." - Rocky Balboa (2006)
This is my Vulcan toon and her ship the USS Sensation.
If i could choose anyone to voice her it would be an actress called Suanne Braun, who was Hathor in S1/2 of Stargate SG1. She has a totally sexy voice.
Since most of my cats are based off their Lion King counterparts, they would be voiced by the original voice actors.
I hear the voice of James Earl Jones in my head for one of my back story characters, but more in the mode of Admiral Greer from Hunt for the Red October.

Elizabeth Shaw, Federation Human Engineer = Laura Bailey as Serana
Nelal, KDF Orion Tactical / Snarky Pirate Queen = Grey DeLisle as Azula
7 other toons, unsure
My main character is male but I don't really have any preferred male actors. Maybe Keanu Reeves? Just because I like some of his movies. I suddenly want to go watch Johnny Mnemonic again.
They need to get Mary McGlynn to voice someone in this game. Her voice is like sweet nectar and I am also a huge Ghost in the Shell fan. Any game she voices in is immediately made 100% more awesome.
A character like Kimzi the Butcher would only deserve the most badass, dynamic voice possible to fit her grand, fearsome stature.
So obviously Sarah Silverman.
Oh, I could totally see that.

I have 7 toons but wouldn't name them all with actors peoples names but the ones I would like to hear would be,
Both the male and female actor voices from "Holly" on Red Dwarf, definetly fed side toons.
For the KDF I would like Tom Green and Billy Connolly and maybe even some Edie Murphey.
Parallels: my second mission for Fed aligned Romulans.

Khemaraa Iron Hand, Klingon, voice by "The Rock"

My KDF toon Black Cat (Pirate Extraordinaire!), would have to be voiced by Timothy Dalton. Nobody else would do.
