Tactical Kits Backwards

Does it seem like to anyone else that the tactical kits are backwards? There appears to be a smooth place on the belt for a weapon as well as a wrist device on them, but where the weapon is actually holstered and wrist device style animations both reference the opposite side.

Anyone else notice this?
