Help with Fleet Patrol Escort

Hi, I'm trying for a max damage Fleet patrol escort. I'm a tactical capt. here is my layout.

Front:
3 DHC tetryon
1 Bio-neural warhead

Rear.
3 turrets tetryon

I know that anti-proton is better for critical but I already have the tetryon stuff. Let me know what I should improve. I also have cannon rapid fire 3 and cannon scatter volley 2.

    Little can be done unless you post your complete Boff and Doff layout.

    Do you have the Borg Cutting Beam? Totally worth it in place of one of the rear turrets. According to ACT it causes as much damage again as the three turrets would have by themselves.
