    It was maintenance, not a patch :)

    I would imagine server needs tweaking, general house chores etc.

    Maybe to help with connectivity to the servers? There have been more than one complaint about that over the past week or so ...

    Because hardware needs maintenance - even if the software code-base running on said hardware isn't changed.
