I wouldn't invest TOO much in any cruiser build right now, not until the dust clears of the EPTx rebalance, given how hard its looking to hit cruisers. Last thing you want is to spend a bunch of resources super-optimizing your ship, then end up nerfed to hell and having to do it all again.
would it help to change 1 antiproton beam array with Experimental Romulan Plasma Beam Array, so weapon power drain is not so big, and dps would grow becouse of that
No you dont really need to worry about power drain, with aux2bat build, you are getting lots of weapon power already. Romulan array is plasma so any dps you gain from less drain you lose because you would be using antiproton consoles and the romulan beam wont benefit from it.
I have bought cutting beam couple of days ago, but some guys are saying that is it better to put another beam array then cutting beam... so i now run 6 beams, cutting beam and torpedo launcher... would it be better to remove cutting and put 7th beam ?
I bought mine tonight. HOWEVER, I can't customize it. Not even a little bit. This happened to me when I purchased the Fleet Defiant. That eventually worked itself out in a few weeks (months more like it). I was wondering, has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
Am thrilled to own the ship but man, as is, its butt ugly and I was hoping to change it to the sovvie at the very minimum, if not create something more to my liking. In the meantime, Ill just have to look pass the aesthetics.... sigh

1) rename the ship
2) if that doesn't work, you need to delete a ship (one that you don't care about or can reclaim) so the database entry gets rewritten. (this is why when you remove a ship your BOff powers/trays get all rearranged.)

Loving it actually! Its a treat to own and is the nxt best thing to the Fleet Excelsior imho. Your sig ship is nice, liked the way you incorporated the nacelles from the Imperial. I agree, its a great looking ship.
