Alpha Centaruri Borg Red Alert

The Alpha Centarui Borg Red Alert map has a frame-rate dropping Nebula (or someone took an eraser to the space-time continuum!). That is noticible when you dip your camera downwards (and North-wards-ish) from the spawn point.
