Tholian Recluse Carrier for Engineer healer

Hello,
I'm gathering money for Tholian Recluse Carrier. I'm engineer currently flying star cruiser fitted for healing in pvp and i want to expand my capabilities. So i would like you to advice me how should i fit my recluse for healing, mainly for pvp.

    I'm not a PVPer so I don't know how valid this advice will be, but if you're going to be stuffing an Engineering Boff into your Recluse's Universal Commander station, Extend Shields III can be a great support skill. Your friends will love you for it.
