Romulan bridge officer

first thanks in advance for some update on the fonctionality of Romulqn bridge officer; to be honest; I was shocked to see that my hard work to gain a purple romulan bridge officer; been reduce to Ashe; I did ask for an tactical male for critical chance purpose; but even if it says "critical augmentation" I received an "superior subterfuge" which grant some damage over decloaking ability.

I ride a science ship; No cloaking possibility and its not what I asked for; I'm sure I did read the definition correctly; now I did ask some people around; they told me the green BO give the blue reward and the blue gives the purple reward; so the purple gives something else; wich is not the correct definition.

Look; I'm not an Star Trek expert; but even me can mention the does not make any sense; though I'm new I'm expecting a fix on this; my question is; do you have an ETA; this situation is knowned by your team? And, one last thing .... I'd like to know if in your forum; is there a place for all the upcoming fix and new patches; would make my life easier and reduced the need to answer such post; thanks in advanced for your answer.

    Hey there.

When you enter the forum you'll see that the very top two sections are "Federation News Network" and "Release Notes". They're the two place you'll find the most information.

Often the details about a release are only on the day of the release or the day before but that's as much notice as we usually get.

The only BO that gives the crit chance so far as I know is the rare male Tac one.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

Green and blue tac gives the crit buff, purple doesn't, and blue male gives a large crit buff than the others.

If this will be changed at some point in the future we have no way of knowing.

you got to be kidding me!

i'Ve bought 4 very rares, 1 rare on one toon.. that is tons of FM's and DILL!

on other toons i also do have several blue ones.

don't tell me the crit chance i bought them with is now non existent?!!?

in that case, i don't need the ugly boffs and want my Dill and FC back!

You're able to cap out at 15% crit instead of the 20% crit you could previously. Toss in the extra 15% across the board crit damage boost (with tachy and borg consoles you'll be sitting at about 80% base crit multiplier before skills or weapon specific buffs) and these are still well worth the expense.

how about the superior subterfuge? do we have some numbers how they buff numbers look after decloaking?

As far as I'm aware subterfuge Boffs haven't been altered in any way. If you're asking for specific numbers in terms of their post-cloak damage buff and cloak CD reduction, those I don't have. You may want to try asking on the PvP board, since cloak is such an integral part of the cat n mouse mechanic that often goes on in matches.
